COUNSELOR’S CORNER

The character trait for January was trustworthiness. Throughout the month, the students discussedthe importance of demonstrating trustworthiness by telling the truth, being dependable, keeping one’s word, and taking responsibility for one’s actions. They have learned that trust is what makes one person believe in another and that trust must be earned, it just doesn’t happen.

The trait for February is tolerance.  The children are learning about the importance of excepting each other and that our differences are what make us special.
