Certificate of Occupancy or Tenant's Lease
Transfer Card (for grades 1 - 4)

Garden State Parkway South
Merge onto
US-9 S via EXIT 123 toward
SAYREVILLE/OLD BRIDGE. Take the ERNSTON RD. ramp.
Turn left at traffic light onto ERNSTON RD EAST.
Pass three traffic lights.
School on left #601.
Garden State Parkway North
Take to EXIT 120
toward Laurence Harbor.
Turn left at STOP sign onto MATAWAN RD.
MATAWAN RD. becomes
Laurence parkway.
Cross over RT 35 and follow signs to Rt 35 N. Make right
at traffic light onto 35 N.
Take jughandle turn toward 35 S.
Take the LORRAINE AVE ramp toward ERNSTON RD.
Turn RIGHT onto LORRAINE AVE. LORRAINE AVE
becomes
ERNSTON
RD.
