DIRECTIONS:
From GARDEN STATE PARKWAY North:
Take exit number 125- toward
RT-35/SAYREVILLE/SOUTH AMBOY.
Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the CHEVALIER AVE.
ramp.
Turn RIGHT onto CHEVALIER AVE.
At stop sign bear right and proceed up ramp
onto Route 9 south.
Stay in right lane and exit as lane ends.
(exit: SAYREVILLE/PARLIN)
At bottom of ramp make a RIGHT onto RARITAN
STREET.
Go straight through light. Street name becomes
WASHINGTON ROAD.
School is on the LEFT at next traffic light.

NOTE: Main entrance is around right side of building under the
overhanging roof. Ring bell on left wall for admittance

Take the MAIN STREET
exit- exit number 124- toward SAYREVILLE/SOUTH AMBOY.
Turn LEFT onto CR-670/MAIN ST.
At light, turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON RD.
School is on the LEFT at next traffic light

Child's birth certificate
Copy of
child's Immunization Record
Physical Examination Record (kindergarten registrants only)
Certificate of Occupancy or Tenant's Lease
Transfer Card (for grades 1 - 3)
